Pricing

CSP uses a simple, predictable monthly billing model. Partners purchase licenses directly and are billed in equal monthly installments, with a final reconciliation each July. Partners maintain full ownership of their revenue from schools, with no revenue sharing, payouts, or complex financial tracking required. 

This clean, direct approach keeps billing transparent and allows partners to focus on growing their business and supporting their creators.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE BASE CSP LICENSE 

Full Access to Creator Studio Pro 

Partners receive complete access to the CSP builder including all core design, layout, and production tools. 

Upload Your Own Creative Assets  

Partners can upload and manage their own backgrounds, templates, clipart, and page elements within the platform. 

Custom Cover Template Support  

Partners can add customer specific cover templates directly into the yearbook workflow.  

Standard Data Storage 

Includes storage space for books, assets, photo libraries, and project files for each licensed school.  

Administrative & Collaboration Tools

Includes project permissions, review tools, advisor collaboration tools, and school level user management. 

PDF Delivery  

Standard PDF delivery via secure email is included with every CSP license. Custom integrations are available starting at $1,000. 

OPTIONAL ADD-ON SERVICES

ShopYearbook Store Access 

Partners who want to use our ecommerce store for selling yearbooks, products, and name personalization will pay an added fee. 

$25 per school 

 Personalized Pages Add On 

Partners who want to offer individualized student pages as a service can enable this feature as an add on.

Additional Data Storage 

Available for partners who need expanded storage capacity beyond the standard included amount.
